Terms of Service
Effective Nov 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Tavern Trail (“Tavern Trail”, “we”) for using taverntrail.pro and its apps (the “Service”). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them.
1. Two kinds of accounts
- Business accounts are for owners and staff of taverns, restaurants and similar places (“Businesses”). The person who creates a Business is its owner and controls who else can access it.
- Guest accounts are for members of the public who follow Businesses and read their posts.
You must be at least 18 to create a Business account. Guest accounts are for people 13 or older; some content from Businesses that serve alcohol is intended only for people of legal drinking age.
2. Your content
Businesses own the menus, prices, inventory, sales figures, league information, campaigns, website content and images they enter (“Business Content”). You give us permission to store, process and display Business Content only to run the Service for you — for example, showing your menu on your website or sending your campaign to your followers. You are responsible for making sure your content is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
3. Alcohol, promotions and the law
Businesses are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to them, including alcohol beverage advertising and licensing rules, raffle and gaming rules, food labeling, and consumer protection laws. Tavern Trail does not review promotions for legal compliance.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't post content that is unlawful, misleading, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Don't target promotions for alcohol to people under the legal drinking age.
- Don't try to access another Business's data, probe or disrupt the Service, or use it to send spam.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Paid plans and payments
Some features may require a paid plan. Prices and terms will be shown before you subscribe. Payments taken by Businesses from their customers are processed by our payment provider under that provider's terms.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and your data backed up, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features; if we make a material change to these terms we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Tavern Trail is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time. Business owners can ask us to export or delete their Business's data, and guests can delete their account from their profile page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
